We’re looking for an experienced architectural designer or 3D modeler to assist with sun studies and building massing in SketchUp. The first task involves analyzing different L-shaped building configurations at five floors (16 m) and nine floors (28 m) to compare shadow impacts, volumes, and potential step-backs. If the collaboration goes well, we’d like to extend the scope to full building drawings and possibly additional modeling iterations. Requirements: Strong proficiency in SketchUp (with sun/shadow analysis) Experience with urban massing and zoning visualization Ability to communicate design options clearly with overlays and visuals
