Hi there, I’m looking to hire someone experienced with Shopify to help manage and expand our product catalog. This role will begin as part-time (1–2 hours per day) and can grow into a full-time position after a 3-month probationary period, based on performance and consistency. ⸻ 💼 Responsibilities • 🧩 Work on large product catalogs — creating, editing, and managing listings in Shopify • ⚙️ Handle bulk product creation using third-party apps and tools • 🏷️ Update and organize metafields, titles, descriptions, and tags for better SEO and structure • ✏️ Perform bulk renaming, product adjustments, and data clean-ups • 🗂️ Ensure product information is consistent and properly formatted across collections • 🔄 Assist with import/export of CSV files for product updates when needed ⸻ 📋 Requirements • ✅ Strong experience with Shopify Admin and product management • ✅ Comfortable working with large catalogs and product data • ✅ Understanding of Shopify metafields, variants, and product structure • ✅ Familiar with bulk editing tools or apps (Matrixify, Multi-Feed, etc.) • 💬 Good communication and attention to detail • 🧠 Problem-solver who can follow structure but also think independently ⸻ ⏰ Schedule & Compensation • ⏱️ Starting at 1–2 hours per day (part-time) • 📆 Expanding to full-time after 3-month probation based on performance • 💰 Starting rate: $3/hour, with potential for increase after probation ⸻ If you’re experienced with Shopify and enjoy working with product data, catalogs, and structure — I’d love to hear from you!
