I run a 8 businesses in Canada and get a high volume of inbound leads from Facebook & Instagram ads. I want a complete AI sales + follow-up system that: • Replies to all leads instantly • Chats like a human sales rep • Sends quotes • Books in-person appointments for phone collection • Follows up automatically • Keeps customers engaged in funnels until they buy I’m hiring an expert who has done this before. ⸻ ✅ Core Requirements The system must: 1. Automation & Follow-Ups • Automatic follow-up sequences on FB/IG DM + WhatsApp • Drip messages if customer stops replying (e.g., after 1 hour, 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days) • Reminders for pending documents or incomplete orders • Re-engagement campaigns for old leads and past customers 4. Appointment Booking • Offer options for: • In-person store appointment for phone collection • Phone/WhatsApp call appointment for explaining deals • Integrate with Google Calendar / Zoho Calendar or similar • Send confirmation + reminders to the customer automatically 5. Email Quotes • If customer requests, AI should: • Generate a simple quote (plan + device + monthly total + term) • Send it via email automatically • Log the quote in Zoho CRM 6. Zoho CRM Integration • Every qualified lead must be pushed into Zoho CRM with: • Contact details • Conversation summary • Plan/device interest • Status (New, In Progress, Quote Sent, Closed–Won, Closed–Lost) • Update lead status based on actions (quote sent, appointment booked, deal closed, etc.) • Tag leads by source (FB ad, IG DM, remarketing, referral, etc.) 7. WhatsApp Integration • Connect business WhatsApp (API or approved provider) • Allow AI or templates to: • Send welcome messages • Send quotes, confirmations, and reminders • Continue conversations if customer prefers WhatsApp • Show which channel the lead came from (FB, IG, WhatsApp) 8.
