Title Zapier + AI Automation – Lead Screener Setup Summary We collect leads in Google Sheets (via forms/Zapier). Some answers are misleading — for example, the multiple-choice question may imply not hit by a car, but in the free-text description the person clearly says I was hit by a car. We need an automation that screens these leads using Zapier and an AI model, applies simple rules, and marks each lead as Good / Bad / Unsure with reasons. This is a Short Project We believe Zapier is a good fit for this project, but we’re open to other automation tools or approaches if you think they’re better. What You’ll Do (examples) * Build a Zapier workflow to process new/updated leads from Sheets or webhook * Add a rules step (keywords, contradictions, date checks) * Connect to an LLM (OpenAI or similar) with a strict JSON schema * Merge rule + AI results to decide Good / Bad / Unsure * Write results (verdict, reasons, confidence, flags) back to the sheet * Send Slack/Email alerts for Good/Unsure leads Requirements * Proficiency with Zapier (Sheets, Webhooks, Code by Zapier) or comparable automation tools * Experience with AI integrations (OpenAI or similar) * Ability to force JSON outputs and handle contradictions like checkbox vs description * Clear documentation and same-day communication To Apply * Share examples of Zapier or other automation/AI workflows you’ve built * List your available days/times and typical same-day capacity * Briefly explain why you’re a great fit for fast, reliable automation work
