I’m looking for a creative YouTube Thumbnail Designer who understands the rap and underground editing scene. This is for my channel Tiny Tapes — https://www.youtube.com/@tinytapes2 The Role: Design high-impact thumbnails that instantly grab attention and show off editing effects. You’ll need to recreate or enhance editing visuals like shakes, glows, distortions, motion blurs, overlays, and other stylized effects using Photoshop (or any software you prefer). Thumbnails should feature recognizable artists such as Playboi Carti, Ken Carson, Osamason, Nettspend, Destroy Lonely, etc., while matching the Tiny Tapes aesthetic — dark, punchy, energetic, and editing-focused.
