K. Mulrooney Trucking Ltd. is currently searching for an additional Yard/Shop Labourer to work with our Team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working on their feet, outside when needed, and in a team environment.

Currently this position is set up as a contract until spring, with the possible opportunity of extension into permanent year round work!

Responsibilities:

• Sorting, cutting & stripping of auto parts;
• Breaking down tires;
• Assist customers at the shop to assess and confirm metals being brought for purchase;
• Use torches, grinders & saws for cutting material;
• Operate equipment if able;
• Welding tasks if able;
• Assist with delivery/pickup for the shop
• Misc manual labour around the yard and shop

Assets:

• Welding Exp (preferred but not required)
• Equipment Operating Exp (preferred but not required)
• G2/G Driver's License (required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
