Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently operate a yard forklift to load, unload, and move materials around the site.

Perform heavy physical labour, including manually lifting, carrying, and stacking products and materials.

Keep the yard clean, organized, and safe by sweeping, removing debris, and properly storing equipment.

Assist with strapping, wrapping, and securing loads on trucks to prepare them for shipment.

Help with inventory management by organizing stock and participating in cycle counts.

Conduct daily pre-operational checks on the forklift to ensure it's in safe working condition.

Work closely with teammates to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow in the yard.

Qualifications
Experienced Forklift Operator: You have at least 1 year of proven experience safely operating a forklift, preferably in an outdoor yard environment.

Physically Capable: You must be able to comfortably and safely lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) on a consistent basis.

Reliable & Punctual: You have reliable transportation to get to our yard in Ayr for every shift and a strong history of excellent attendance. We're a team that counts on each other!

Positive Attitude: You are a team player with a great, can-do attitude who enjoys working hard and contributing to a positive work environment.
