Description: I run a large WordPress website and I’m looking for a long-term WordPress Virtual Assistant to be my go-to person for ongoing projects and detail-oriented tasks. This is not a developer role, but you need to be experienced with WordPress (especially Gutenberg editor) and confident handling large site-wide projects. (example, individually updating the layout across hundreds of pages) What You’ll Do: Execute large-scale updates (e.g., adding elements across hundreds of pages, fixing spacing/formatting consistency, etc.). Perform detailed quality checks (layout, links, formatting, affiliate link accuracy). Assist with SEO-related tasks. Support other admin and website tasks as needed. What I’m Looking For: Strong WordPress experience — you know the platform inside out. Fast, responsive, and reliable. This is very important. Quick turnaround and always available and answers fast. A perfectionist with an eye for detail. Formatting, spacing, consistency matter to you. Able to handle big, repetitive projects without losing quality.
