Project Overview We are an established Canadian accounting firm looking to migrate our existing WordPress website to a fully integrated HubSpot CMS + CRM environment. Our goal is to modernize the website, improve SEO performance, simplify content management, and better connect all contact points to our HubSpot CRM workflows. We already have a detailed 4-week project plan—your job is to execute it professionally, communicate clearly, and deliver a polished, conversion-focused HubSpot website. Scope of Work 1. Website Audit & Content Extraction (WordPress) - Audit current WordPress website (structure, pages, blogs, menus, media, SEO items). - Export and organize all page content, images, PDFs, blogs, and metadata. - Identify pages that require rewriting or restructuring. 2. HubSpot CMS Website Build - Recreate site structure in HubSpot CMS using either: - HubSpot default theme, or - A modernized theme you recommend. - Build responsive page templates and modules. - Import and format all content. - Rebuild navigation, footer, and internal linking. 3. HubSpot CRM Integration - Set up and connect all forms to the CRM. - Create contact lists, tagging, and routing rules as required. - Ensure proper tracking, scripts, and analytics are installed. - Integrate calls-to-action (CTAs) and lead flows. 4. SEO-Safe Migration - Complete a full SEO pre-migration audit. - Implement 301 redirects from WordPress to HubSpot. - Preserve or improve: - URL structure - Metadata - Schema - Blog links - Ensure no SEO authority is lost during the changeover. 5. QA & Launch - Test all pages for mobile responsiveness, layout accuracy, and browser compatibility. - Test all forms and workflow triggers. - Assist with DNS cutover and troubleshooting. - Provide a short post-launch stabilization period.
