Description: I’m looking for an experienced WordPress web developer to build a professional real estate website hosted on GoDaddy. The website will showcase a residential property at 9930 Skylark Road, Prince George, BC, and should be designed with the ability to expand later for additional listings. The site should use a standard real estate-focused WordPress theme such as: Houzez – flexible, Elementor widgets, property detail pages, advanced search. Real Estate 7 – built-in templates for listings, agents, and comparison pages. Core Requirements: Hosting & Setup Use GoDaddy for domain + hosting. Install WordPress and chosen real estate theme. Property Listing Page (Feature: 9930 Skylark Road, Prince George) Showcase the home’s details, drawing from this listing: Realtor.ca link . Sections to include: Property overview (lot size, year built, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage). Photo gallery and/or video tour. Location map integration (Google Maps). Highlight key features (acreage, mountain views, shop/garage, etc.). Contact form for inquiries. Design Features Modern, clean design optimized for mobile and desktop. Home page with a hero image of the property. Simple navigation (Home, About, Property Details, Contact). Room for future expansion to multiple property listings. Marketing Integration Google Ads setup integrated with the website. Add retargeting pixel (Google and/or Facebook). Provide setup for a modest retargeting ad campaign (~$150 budget).
