As a Wireless Enrollment Associate, you’ll receive in-depth training to develop skills in direct customer interaction, sales management, and wireless service activation. You will guide customers through the final steps of enrolling in Rogers wireless plans, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and confidence throughout the entire setup and activation process. Our Wireless Enrollment Associates specialize in delivering results-driven solutions that simplify the customer journey. With a focus on clear communication, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service, you will ensure every new Rogers customer feels supported, connected, and satisfied from day one.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities of a Wireless Enrollment Associate:

• Engage with prospective Rogers customers, guiding them through the enrollment and activation process
• Clearly explain wireless plans, terms, conditions, and pricing options
• Assist customers step-by-step with device setup and activation
• Accurately collect and enter customer data into Rogers systems
• Perform device activations and basic technical setups efficiently
• Address customer questions or concerns with professionalism and care
• Collaborate with the Wireless Enrollment Associate team to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic enrollment or activation issues, escalating complex concerns when necessary

Qualifications of a Wireless Enrollment Associate:

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Background in customer service, sales, administrative support, or other customer-facing roles
• Previous as a Wireless Enrollment Associate is highly desirable
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and confidently
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing customer data and sales entries
• A proactive, customer-first mindset with empathy and dedication to positive experiences
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures consistently
• Professional demeanor and integrity in handling sensitive customer information

Pay: $48,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
