Seeking an experienced automation specialist to guide me in integrating Kajabi Payments with QuickBooks Online in white-label mode via screen sharing. The goal is to automate manual processes, including creating invoices and recording payments, to streamline operations and reduce errors. My client currently handles everything manually: - After each sale in Kajabi Payments, the team goes into QuickBooks to create or find the client. - They create the invoice manually and specify whether it’s a one-time payment or a recurring invoice (6 or 12 installments). - They then process each encaissement (payment received) manually every month when Kajabi charges the customer. -This process is time-consuming and error-prone. = The goal is to automate it.
