I need a personal app or updated Excel sheet as means of personal food budgeting developed for me that involves the following: 1) It scrapes major, local grocery stores within 30 kms of my location in order to compare food pricing to one another. For example, cost comparing Walmart with Amazon. 2) Scrapes apps like Flipp or my email for weekly promotions 2) Provides me with a person app, spreadsheet, or program that's applies only to my location, only to my local grocery stores, is updated when deals come out , and filters out things I don't buy. 3) I've use ChatGPT, Gemini and Cortana to explore a many different avenues to find solutions to making a personal food budget -- as well as uses various chrome extensions to data collect CVS files from major chaim grocery stores nearby, so I have plenty of data to be used to get started. 4) Ultimately this comes down to coding and data extraction, which is beyond my scope or would otherwise exhaust too much of my time. 5) Not for commercial use, so not illegal. Purely for my own personal food budgeting purposes.
