Responsibilities - Build Webflow websites from scratch when required (SEO-ready, mobile-friendly, optimized for speed). - Customize and deploy templates for faster client fulfillment. - Export and deploy websites to Vercel (without breaking code). - Ensure every site is SEO-ready (meta tags, schema basics, clean structure). - Add animations & interactions (GSAP, Lottie, Spline) smooth scroll, modern effects. - Integrate UChat, forms, and other simple automations. - Provide maintenance, updates, and revisions for client websites. - Help improve internal templates, SOPs, and workflows for efficiency. Requirements - Webflow expertise: able to build full websites from scratch. - Template customization: experience adapting Webflow templates for different clients. - Deployment skills: must know how to export from Webflow and host on Vercel. - Strong understanding of responsive design and site speed optimization. - Experience with animations (Webflow Interactions required; GSAP/Lottie/Spline is a plus). - SEO knowledge: meta tags, page structure, on-page best practices. - Strong English (spoken & written) for team communication (no beginners). - Must be reliable, professional, and able to work consistent hours (full-time or part-time). What We Offer - Base Salary: $500 CAD/month - Per-Website Bonus: $50 CAD/site (minimum 5 sites guaranteed per month). - Typical earnings: $750–$1,500 CAD/month - 3-Month Job Guarantee with potential to extend long-term. - Performance Bonuses for quality, speed, and consistency. - Raises after 6 months for strong performers. - Flexible roles: Part-time or full-time available (to be discussed at interview). - A professional but friendly virtual team culture with room for growth into senior design, automation, or leadership roles.
