We are looking for a web developer with experience implementing cookie consent banners using Consent Management Platforms (CMPs) - preferably one that is specifically for compliance with Quebec's Law 25. This is for a Wix-based website where the primary language is French. Project Requirements: • Set up and configure a cookie consent banner on our Wix website. • Ensure the CMP and banner are fully compliant with Quebec's Law 25 (similar to GDPR, but with Quebec-specific nuances). • The cookie banner must be in French. (Our team can assist with translations if needed.) • Recommend one or more CMPs that are compatible with Wix and compliant with Law 25. • Ensure proper cookie categorization (e.g., essential, analytics, marketing) and allow users to manage their preferences. What We’re Looking For: • Experience with privacy compliance (Law 25, GDPR, etc.) • Familiarity with Wix and how to implement third-party CMPs on the platform. • Ability to advise on best practices and CMP options. • Clear communication and ability to provide an estimate/quote for the work.
