Reporting to the Sales Manager, Mining, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Finning’s aftermarket products and services. By leveraging your consultative selling skills, you’ll forge strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, helping them optimize their fleet management, boost productivity, and minimize downtime and costs. Develop and maintain client information and data utilizing Finning (Canada)’s CRM software and Product Improvement Program (PIP) to enable accurate market intelligence, pricing, estimates, and customer satisfaction. Prepare accurate and timely forecasts, pricing, estimates, and market intelligence of wear parts revenue targets for the assigned customer base to ensure customer satisfaction. Establish appropriate targets, goals, and objectives that are aligned with corporate strategy. Ensure all sales documents and customer agreements are completed consistently, accurately, and timely. What You Bring Minimum 2-4+ years of technical and/or parts experience; sales experience is an asset Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent Experience with undercarriage products is an advantage Proven ability to apply core selling principles: prospecting, qualifying, handling objections, and closing deals Exceptional presentation and persuasion skills—able to engage audiences at all levels Self-motivated, resilient, and optimistic, with a passion for driving results Strong mechanical or technical aptitude Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated success in customer coverage and relationship building Proficiency in MS Office Suite Clean driver’s abstract (role includes operating a Finning-marked vehicle) At Finning, we prioritize creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
