- Position Summary
- The Warehouse Worker is responsible for the accurate receiving, moving, storing,
- and shipping of products in accordance with company standards for safety,
- security, and productivity. This role supports product safety, quality, and
- legality while ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
- Primary Responsibilities
- Accurately select products based on customer order specifications.
- Load and unload products onto or from delivery vehicles, pallets, and other
- transport methods.
- Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type.
- Perform picking and packing duties efficiently to meet customer service
- standards.
- Use Radio Frequency (RF) terminals for tasks including picking, inventory,
- quality checks, and shipping.
- Scan packages, read labels and charts, verify numbers, and sort products to
- appropriate destinations.
- Maintain facility equipment and materials in a clean and orderly condition.
- Keep accurate records and reports to support inventory integrity.
- Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts.
- Inspect products for accuracy, damage, or infestation.
- Learn responsibilities and procedures of other warehouse areas as needed.
- Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking tasks.
- Operate warehouse and computer equipment as assigned.
- Work in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 0--2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF equipment preferred.
- Skills and Competencies

- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
