  • Position Summary
  • The Warehouse Worker is responsible for the accurate receiving, moving, storing,
  • and shipping of products in accordance with company standards for safety,
  • security, and productivity. This role supports product safety, quality, and
  • legality while ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Primary Responsibilities
  •  
  • Accurately select products based on customer order specifications.
  • Load and unload products onto or from delivery vehicles, pallets, and other
  • transport methods.
  • Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type.
  • Perform picking and packing duties efficiently to meet customer service
  • standards.
  • Use Radio Frequency (RF) terminals for tasks including picking, inventory,
  • quality checks, and shipping.
  • Scan packages, read labels and charts, verify numbers, and sort products to
  • appropriate destinations.
  • Maintain facility equipment and materials in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Keep accurate records and reports to support inventory integrity.
  • Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts.
  • Inspect products for accuracy, damage, or infestation.
  • Learn responsibilities and procedures of other warehouse areas as needed.
  • Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking tasks.
  • Operate warehouse and computer equipment as assigned.
  • Work in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Education and Experience
  •  
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 0--2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF equipment preferred.
  •
