  • Within the NAPA distribution center located in Montreal, you will work closely with your management team.

As a Warehouse Manager, your main responsibilities will be

  • Plan, implement, and monitor annual operational plans in line with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Develop, manage, and analyze warehouse operational budgets.
  • Support and supervise a team of warehouse supervisors.
  • Manage the movement and accuracy of inventory, the receipt and storage of goods, locate the location of goods sent by each supplier, ensure delivery times, etc.
  • Ensure good communication between staff members, as well as with suppliers and customers.
  • Observe, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and promote the implementation of continuous improvement projects within the distribution center.
  • Write management reports and ensure financial monitoring of operations.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Oversee the maintenance and availability of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts).
  • Qualifications

To join our team, you need, among other things

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role in the distribution field.
  • Experience in a unionized environment (an asset).
  • Diligence in work organization and procedure control.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) (an asset).
  • Bilingualism, French and English, as you will frequently collaborate with clients across Canada.
