Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for our client in Winnipeg In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and materials handling.

Duties

• Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels
• Conduct picking, packing and sorting of orders using RF scanners to ensure accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in heavy lifting and materials handling as required
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and efficiency
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance mechanical knowledge and equipment operation skills

Experience

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a focus on inventory management and distribution processes
• Must have safety shoes and safety vest
• Experience with sorting, packing, shipping & receiving, and load & unload procedures
• Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse operations is advantageous
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift
