Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correct and securely packaged to meet quality standards.
Inventory Management: Utilize our ERP system to process incoming shipments, update inventory records, and generate packing slips and shipping labels.
Independent Work: Manage daily tasks and priorities with minimal supervision. As a key player in a smaller warehouse, your ability to work efficiently and proactively is crucial.
General Warehouse Duties: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Assist with cycle counts and other inventory-related tasks as needed.
Basic Computer Use: Perform essential computer functions, including printing shipping documents, responding to internal emails, and updating tracking information.
Qualifications
Warehouse Experience: Proven experience working in a warehouse environment is required, with direct experience in shipping and receiving being highly valued.
Physical Capability: Must have the ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
Reliability: A strong record of punctuality and excellent attendance is essential for this position.
Communication Skills: Must be able to read and write in English to accurately process work orders and adhere to safety protocols.
Full-Time Availability: Candidates must be available to work full-time hours, Monday to Friday.
Technical Skills: Previous experience with an ERP or inventory management system is preferred and will be considered a strong asset.
