Volunteer Outreach & Event Coordinator
Are you outgoing, a people person, and love making things happen? Or maybe you’ve always wanted to try? Here’s your chance!
Join our Outreach & Event team and help organize a nationwide speaking tour across Canada to raise awareness and educate communities about ADHD Autism. You will be coordinating and setting up events, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Training is provided so you’ll feel confident in every step of the process.
What You’ll Do:
- Find and book venues across Canada via phone and email
- Coordinate event logistics and maintain a calendar of confirmed locations
- Connect with local organizations, schools, libraries and community groups to expand our reach
- Support the team in bringing events to life nationwide
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 4 hours per week, but more time is always welcome
- Attendance at weekly virtual meetings
- Outgoing, motivated self-starter who enjoys connecting with people
- Strong communication and teamwork skills or willingness to learn
