• Vocal editor, tuner, and aligner for lead vocals, doubles, and harmonies. • Comping and mixing are not part of this job. • Tuning will need to sound transparent. • Genre is alternative-pop meets hip-hop. No hard T-Pain or Travis Scott auto-tuning. More in the style of Mac Miller or Blackbear. • Multitracks were recorded and will be delivered in 48k 32-bit WAV format. Multitracks will need to be sent back upon delivery. • No revisions needed! For the full album, I may ask for revisions, but the goal here is to find someone who knocks it out of the park on the first try. I will be hiring multiple freelancers for this project as a bit of a trial run. If I like your work the most I will hire you for the entire 9-track album! The track you will be working on is: • Key of F#m • 83bpm • 9 bars (1 bar pickup, 8 bar chorus) • Lead vocal (7 bars + pickup) • 3 tracks that double that lead vocal in a different tone (center, left, right) • 2 tracks of the low harmony (~6 bars) • 2 tracks of the high harmony (~4 bars) • There's 1 bar with a big layered sound which includes: - 3 lead (center, left, right) - 3 tracks that double that lead vocal in a different tone (center, left, right) - 4 flagolett voice, octave up from lead (will need heavy tuning, non-transparency here is fine, it will be way back in the mix) Manual time aligning is preferred, but VocAlign or RevoicePro is fine. But again, needs to sound transparent, and in my experience, you'll need to do some manual timing edits for those products to do their job without artifacts!
