Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support ongoing data and document management tasks. The role involves English-language document review and interaction with professional job platforms such as Indeed and Glassdoor. Training and workflow guidelines will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Enter and organize data accurately within spreadsheets Edit and format resumes and cover letters according to provided templates Upload and submit job application materials to designated online platforms Follow a structured workflow (flowchart provided) to ensure consistent delivery Communicate with the project lead to clarify task details as needed Requirements: Strong command of written English and attention to detail Proficiency with spreadsheets and online platforms (Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.) Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent productivity (1–2 hours daily) Availability for initial onboarding and training Preferred Qualifications: Previous project-based administrative or data entry experience Background in HR, recruiting, or talent sourcing Familiarity with North American professional or workplace context Schedule: Part-time, ongoing—approximately 1–2 hours per day (remote)
