I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant who can help with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling communication for C-Level executives. Responsibilities: - Manage inboxes, flag priority messages, and draft simple replies when needed - Schedule meetings, coordinate availability, and send calendar invites - Assist with travel planning (flights, hotels, itinerary review) - Organize files and light data entry - Handle small administrative tasks as they come up Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Comfortable working independently and keeping track of details - Experience with email and calendar tools (Google Workspace or similar) - Availability during regular business hours - Previous VA or admin support experience is a plus Work Requirements: - This contract will be hourly - Manual time tracking isn’t allowed; please use the Upwork Time Tracker app for all logged hours - Weekly maximum: 6 hours Please include a brief note about your experience with scheduling and email management.
