🌟 Job Offer: Virtual Assistant / Operations Support for Coaching Business 🌟 About Me: I run a coaching business helping men overcome p**n through 1-1 coaching, a Skool community, and upcoming projects like a book and an app. My mission is to free up more time to focus on what matters most: coaching and creating impactful content. The Role: I’m looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant / Operations Assistant to handle daily tasks that keep the business running smoothly. Most of the work can be completed in 1–2 hours per day. Your Responsibilities: 📱 Social Media Posting – Upload posts, videos, and stories on Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. 🤝 Outreach & Appointment Setting – Assist with light outreach and client follow-up. 📧 Client Summaries & Reminders – Send summaries and reminders via Fathom and Gmail. 💬 Client Support & Onboarding – Answer inquiries, onboard new clients, and ensure they feel supported. 🎬 Video Editing – Cut my coaching videos into shorter clips for posting. 📊 Tracking – Keep records of expenses and revenue. 📅 Organization – Help track tasks, deadlines, and prepare materials before calls. Tools We Use: Whop & Skool for client platforms Google Meet for calls GoHighLevel (GHL) as CRM Fathom + Gmail for client call summaries & reports Who You Are: Highly organized and great at time management Tech-savvy, able to quickly learn new tools Proactive, you anticipate what needs to be done without hand-holding Detail-oriented, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks Comfortable with light editing and managing social platforms Trustworthy & discreet, able to handle sensitive client information Workload: 1–2 hours per day (flexible schedule, as long as tasks are done daily) Compensation: Monthly retainer (to be discussed based on experience) How to Apply: Send me: A short intro about yourself & why you’d be a good fit Your experience with social media posting, CRM, or VA tasks Your availability & expected monthly rate
