I’m a high-ticket closer looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to help with the daily backend tasks that keep my sales pipeline running smoothly. Your role will be to support me with lead nurturing, appointment setting, data organization, and CRM management so I can stay focused on closing deals. This is a part time role, with possibility to do more hours as the business grows. Responsibilities * Lead nurturing: sending follow-up texts and emails, ensuring prospects are engaged and moving through the pipeline. * Appointment setting: helping manage my calendar, confirming calls, and reducing no-shows. * CRM & pipeline management: updating statuses, scheduling follow-up dates, and keeping Go High Level (GHL) up to date. * Lead generation support: light research, organizing new leads, and ensuring data accuracy. * Data entry and admin tasks: keeping records organized in Coda, spreadsheets, or similar tools. * Task management: making sure daily/weekly recurring actions are completed on time. * Supporting automations: basic familiarity with Make.com, Zapier, or similar tools is a plus.
