We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to help our business expand into merchandise sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing various types of merchandise (such as apparel, accessories, and branded products) and identifying reliable manufacturers or suppliers who can produce high-quality items at competitive prices. Responsibilities: Research and source potential merchandise options to add to our product line Identify and communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors Compare pricing, quality, and production capabilities across multiple vendors Provide detailed recommendations based on quality, cost, and turnaround times Assist in coordinating sample orders and managing supplier communication Maintain organized records of sourcing information and contacts Requirements: Proven experience in product sourcing, supplier research, or eCommerce Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as Alibaba, Printful, Printify, or similar Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand standards Preferred Qualifications: Experience in merchandise production, dropshipping, or private labeling Understanding of current merchandise trends and materials Prior experience working with North American or international suppliers What We Offer: Flexible remote work environment Long-term collaboration potential for the right candidate Opportunity to contribute to a growing brand expanding into new product lines Compensation: Hourly Rate: $5 – $15 USD per hour (based on experience) Estimated Commitment: 10–20 hours per week, with potential to increase as the project grows Important: To confirm you’ve read the full job description, please include the phrase “merch life” in your application.
