Job Type: Full-time (5-6 days/week, ~20-30 hours/week) Budget: $700 CAD/month (fixed rate) Experience Level: Intermediate Location: Remote (must overlap with PST for calls) About Us We’re a fast-growing cleaning services and short-term rental management startup seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to keep us organized and drive growth. Responsibilities • Organization: Manage calendars, emails, and tasks to keep the founder on track. - Scheduling cleaners and maintenance visits • Invoicing: Create/track invoices using QuickBooks or Google Sheets. • Sales & Outreach: Make 10-20 daily calls for lead gen and sales (scripts provided). • Lead Generation: Research prospects, nurture leads, and manage CRM. • Hiring Cleaners: Post job ads, screen resumes, interview, and onboard cleaners/staff. • Support: Handle social media, research, and ad-hoc tasks. Requirements • 1-2+ years as a VA or admin; bonus for startup/cleaning/hospitality experience. • Strong English (written/verbal), skilled in Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, CRM. • Reliable, proactive, tech-savvy, with a quiet space for calls and PST overlap. • Payments via Upwork.
