We are a growing short-term rental management company looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. The role is centered around guest communication, light client outreach, and operational support. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth guest experiences while helping us grow our portfolio. Responsibilities: Respond to guest inquiries and booking messages through Guesty and Enso Connect. Answer incoming support line calls (must be available during agreed working hours). Review pictures from cleaners and flag/report any issues. Assist with outreach to potential new clients via Airbnb, Kijiji, and Facebook Marketplace (sending templates, follow-ups). Maintain professional, friendly, and timely communication at all times. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service, Airbnb/short-term rental management, or property management support preferred. Strong written and spoken English skills. Reliable internet connection and access to a computer/headset for calls. Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Availability to cover shifts that align with North American time zones (Calgary, MST). Nice to Have: Experience using Guesty, Enso Connect, or other property management systems.
