Job Description: We are a Canadian Real Estate Group seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant who is proficient in Follow Up Boss (FUB) to take full ownership of our CRM. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in managing leads, workflows, and automations within FUB. Responsibilities: * Manage, update, and organize all contacts in Follow Up Boss * Assign leads and track follow-up activities * Create, maintain, and optimize action plans, tags, and smart lists * Monitor and report on lead activity and team performance * Clean up duplicate or incomplete records * Ensure automations, integrations, and notifications are functioning correctly * Assist with communication templates (emails, texts, tasks) inside FUB * Provide regular reports and suggestions to improve CRM efficiency Requirements: * Proven experience using Follow Up Boss (please provide examples of prior work) * Strong understanding of CRM management and lead tracking * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and proactively * Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Preferred Qualifications (not required but a plus): * Familiarity with integrations between FUB and other tools (e.g., Google Workspace, marketing platforms) Workload & Payment: * We need assistance in setting up FUB from scratch and then continuous maintenance for a team of 2-3 Realtors.
