We’re looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to support client acquisition, proposal preparation, and lead generation. You’ll work directly with the founder to identify opportunities, craft targeted outreach, and maintain a clear pipeline from initial contact to handoff. Responsibilities: - Research and shortlist potential projects or clients based on set criteria - Draft, customize, and submit proposals using templates and brand guidelines - Track outreach, responses, and conversions in Notion or similar tools - Manage communication with prospects until handoff to the founder/team - Maintain a daily/weekly lead pipeline and performance reports - Suggest improvements to outreach and engagement strategy based on analytics and trends You’re a Fit If You: - Have experience with client outreach or lead generation on freelancing platforms or similar channels - Can write clear, concise, and tailored proposals or communications - Are organized, responsive, and comfortable with deadlines - Know tools like Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, or similar - Can work independently with minimal supervision - Can commit to 30–40 hrs/week, with some PST overlap Preferred: - Experience working in a startup or service-based business - Familiarity with our niche (e.g., academic editing, research, consulting) - Basic skills in client profiling, lead qualification, or CRM management
