We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Female Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will be a clear communicator with a pleasant accent, capable of managing a variety of tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be the right hand to the manager, ensuring smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative Support: Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and handle email correspondence. 2. Communication: Make and receive phone calls to clients, demonstrating professionalism and excellent phone etiquette. 3. Documentation: Take clear and concise notes during meetings and distribute summaries with action items. 4. Content Creation: Prepare and edit professional presentations, reports, and documents. 5. Management Support: Provide regular daily or weekly updates to the manager on task progress and priorities. 6. Recruitment Assistance: Post job openings on various platforms and assist with initial candidate screening. Required Qualifications & Skills: 1. Must be female. 2. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. 3. A clear, professional, and easily understandable accent. 4. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role. 5. High proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. 6. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. 7. Proactive problem-solver with a keen attention to detail. 8. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
