Ensure a clean, professional, and consistent style across all videos. Incorporate subtitles/captions for accessibility. Optimize pacing to keep viewers engaged without losing clarity. Deliver videos formatted for YouTube (16:9) and social clips (9:16, 1:1). 2. What We’re Looking For Proven experience editing educational, tutorial, or explainer-style content. Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve. Ability to create motion graphics (After Effects/Canva/CapCut bonus). Knowledge of YouTube editing best practices (hooks, retention, formatting). Reliable communication and consistent turnaround times. 3. Nice to Have Experience editing for course creators, coaches, or online educators. In particular, Thinkific. Understanding of brand consistency and storytelling. Familiarity with audio cleanup and adding background music. 4. What We Provide Raw video footage (talking head, b-roll, screen recordings). Brand guidelines (fonts, colors, intro/outro templates).
