🎥 TikTok-Style Video Editor for Haircare eCommerce Brand (Ongoing Work) Job Description: We’re looking for talented short-form video editors who can create scroll-stopping TikTok/Reels-style ads for a fast-growing haircare eCommerce brand. You’ll be working with our marketing team to turn raw footage, testimonials, and product shots into high-performing social media ads that look native to the platform and convert. What You’ll Be Doing: Edit and produce short-form videos (15–60 seconds) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook. Implement engaging hooks, captions, pacing, and sound design to retain attention. Use storytelling, motion text, transitions, and music to make content feel natural yet persuasive. Collaborate with our creative strategist to test multiple versions of each ad (A/B testing). Incorporate feedback quickly and meet consistent deadlines. Requirements: ✅ Must have experience editing UGC-style and TikTok-native short-form ads (please include samples or portfolio). ✅ Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and emotional storytelling. ✅ Ability to follow brand guidelines and creative direction. ✅ Proficient with CapCut (required). ✅ Must have access to Discord (for asset sharing and access to our paid software) and WhatsApp (for communication). ✅ Reliable internet connection and strong communication skills. Bonus Points If You: Have experience editing for beauty, wellness, or eCommerce brands. Understand basic direct-response ad psychology (hooks, retention, call-to-action flow). Can add captions, emojis, or sound effects that match viral TikTok trends. Compensation: Pay per video or batch (depending on project scope and experience).
