We’re looking to launch a short but impactful social media campaign to promote the Grand Opening of Master Mechanic Etobicoke for Nov 8th. We already have a library of photo and video content captured from the event, and we’d like your help turning that into a cohesive and engaging digital campaign. Project Overview Our goal is to highlight the excitement of the grand opening, showcase the team and community, and drive awareness and engagement on our social channels. We want to share the story of MM Etobicoke — its people, its connection to the local community, and what makes it stand out as part of the Master Mechanic family. Deliverables We’d like your help with: Developing a content strategy and posting plan for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (and possibly short-form video for TikTok/Reels). Creating edited video clips and social media graphics using the event footage and photos. Writing captions that match our tone — friendly, professional, and community-focused. Scheduling and managing posts (if applicable) or preparing all content for our team to post. Expectations High-quality, brand-consistent creative work that reflects our identity and professionalism. Clear communication, with regular updates and check-ins as needed. Timely delivery — we’d like the campaign to be ready for launch within [X weeks]. A collaborative approach — we’re open to creative suggestions and value proactive input. About Master Mechanic Master Mechanic is a trusted auto repair brand with deep community roots across Ontario. Each location is independently owned but shares a strong brand identity and commitment to honest, high-quality service. Our Etobicoke shop is one of the newest additions, and this campaign is a key opportunity to introduce it to the community in a memorable way. What We’re Looking For in a Vendor We’re hoping to build a collaborative working relationship with someone who understands brand storytelling and can translate local community energy into engaging digital content.
