We are seeking a passionate Video Editor with a strong interest in the Alien and Predator franchises to help produce recaps, summaries, in-depth explainer videos and breakdowns. Our content dives deep into the lore, offering detailed insights into these iconic cinematic universes. If you’re a dedicated fan of these series and excel at sourcing and editing relevant footage, we’d love to work with you! Responsibilities: • Source and compile high-quality (at least 1920×1080) footage from Alien and Predator films. • Edit and arrange footage to align with provided voice-over and narration, ensuring cohesive storytelling. • Deliver final videos in Full HD format, ready for publication. Key Requirements: • Demonstrable knowledge of Alien and Predator lore, having watched all or most of the films. • Strong editing skills, with the ability to creatively integrate footage into a cohesive narrative. • Reliable access to full-length movie files in at least 1080p resolution. • Availability to handle approximately 2–4 videos per month, depending on demand. Project & Compensation: • Our current project is a 17-minute recap video. • For future videos, we offer a rate of about $25 per 10 minutes of footage, with adjustments based on video complexity.
