Job Description: I’m seeking a skilled and creative video editor to transform raw Zoom recordings into polished, compelling, and motivational video testimonials. These videos will be used to inspire potential clients interested in suicide grief coaching services for women. The ideal editor will be able to: - Pull the most impactful moments and soundbites from client interviews/testimonials. - Edit for flow, clarity, and emotional resonance (removing filler words, pauses, or distracting elements). - Add branding elements (intro/outro, logo, lower-thirds with names/titles). - Incorporate gentle background music that supports the emotional tone (uplifting, inspiring, but not distracting). - Deliver videos optimized for both social media (short-form clips, under 60–90s) and longer testimonial reels (2–5 minutes). Requirements: - Proven experience editing testimonials, interview-style videos, or motivational content. - Ability to capture and enhance the emotional tone of sensitive topics. - Strong portfolio showcasing editing style (please provide samples with your application). - Familiarity with adding subtitles/captions for accessibility. Deliverables: - 4 polished testimonial videos to start (4 separate client testimonials) (final length will vary). - Short-form clips (for Instagram, Facebook) highlighting key quotes. - Final files delivered in MP4 format, optimized for web/social.
