Hi there, I am a Canadian resident and I am looking to hire for my uspto trademark filing after a FULL search to avoid any potential risk for the brand name. I am planning to sell in Amazon I do have a Canadian corporation but I am not sure if thats how I should proceed with this. Also, I did create a uspto account as I was doing my research.
