We are seeking an experienced, reasonably priced US M&A lawyer to assist with legal acquisition due diligence and the drafting of SPA/paperwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract law and corporate law, with a focus on M&A transactions. An outsourced M&A firm with connections with US lawyers to do the final review/sign off will work too. The transactions are in California and PA. We are in the childcare space.
