Set performance goals, conduct structured talent reviews, and drive long-term career development and retention. Create a culture of accountability, inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Partner with leadership to forecast resource needs and optimize staffing across accounts. Act as the operational leader for enterprise and high-growth clients, ensuring flawless delivery against SLAs and KPIs. Facilitate executive-level client discussions, quarterly business reviews, and program health assessments. Translate client goals into scalable workstreams, anticipate volume surges, and proactively set filing strategies and calendars. Strengthen client relationships through data-driven recommendations and thought partnership. Develop and deliver training curricula on immigration processes, policy updates, templates, and best practices. Oversee maintenance of knowledge repositories, playbooks, and operational documentation. Ensure that teams are equipped with the most current policy, process, and system guidance. Ensure audit-ready documentation, DOL/USCIS compliance, and adherence to firm policies. Mitigate policy, procedural, and operational risks through proactive oversight and strong controls. Foster an environment where ethics, quality, and compliance are embedded in everyday execution. Required 7-10+ years of U.S. employment-based immigration experience, including deep expertise in high-volume NIV and IV processes. 3-5+ years of leadership experience, including formal people management. Demonstrated success leading large client programs, managing SLAs, and operating in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Executive-ready communication skills and strong client facilitation abilities. Advanced proficiency with immigration case-management and reporting systems; comfort driving technology adoption. Experience supporting enterprise-level immigration programs or professional services environments. Background in process excellence (Lean, Six Sigma, project management methodologies). Paralegal certificate or university degree (JD not required). Build and enforce standardized SOPs, QA frameworks, and operational controls across the team. Deliver insights and trend analyses to internal leadership and clients, influencing decision-making and operational strategy. Build team readiness for new technologies through training and change management. Manage sensitive issues with professionalism, urgency, and tact.
