We are looking for a graphic designer to create a set of event materials aligned to our Acceleration Point theme. All files should be delivered in print-ready format with bleed/crop marks included. Deliverables: 3 simple Pull-up banner designs (33” x 80”) (Acceleration Point theme + logo, Sponsors + logos and an Awards design) Schedules template – 8.5” x 3.66” Tradeshow passport template – 4” x 6” Seating chart template – 24” x 36”, awards aligned graphic, 15 tables Registration sign – 11” x 8.5” (landscape), welcome, event name, and QR code for scheule Schedule & Wi-Fi sign – 5” x 7” (portrait), wifi info and QR code for schedule Requirements: Consistent design aesthetic across all items, aligned with event branding and theme. Use of provided logos, colors, and brand guidelines. Final files in high-resolution, press-ready PDF (plus source files in AI/PSD). Quick turnaround and ability to handle feedback rounds.
