We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer and Brand Designer to create the full visual identity and page layouts for two real estate and rental–related websites. Our internal development team will handle all coding and backend work; your job is to create the complete design system, branding, and all page templates in Figma so our developers can build the sites. We need someone who understands simple, modern, clean, conversion-focused design and can produce a polished, consistent visual experience across all pages. There are 2 projects, and the 2nd would be awarded as long as the 1st project goes well. Project 1: Simple Rental Website (Primary Assignment) We need you to design all core public-facing pages, including: Simple logo (light branding, nothing complex) Homepage Listing grid page Listing detail page Search + filter layout A few basic landing/content pages Mobile-responsive versions of each page This site follows the same structure as an existing rental platform we already run, so this is NOT a from-scratch UX exercise. Your task is to adapt and refresh the visual look, not reinvent the system. We value clean, modern, minimalistic UI. Possible Project 2: Agent & Brokerage Information Website If your work is strong, we will award you a second project right away. This project involves designing a small website that explains features and benefits of our platform for agents and brokerages. This will include: Homepage Feature/benefit pages How-it-works pages Contact/lead pages Some simple illustrations or visual components Light extension of an existing brand (logo already provided) This second project has more creative freedom but still remains relatively lightweight. What You Will Deliver For both projects (starting with Project 1): Full Figma file with all page layouts (desktop + mobile) Logo + colour palette + typographic system (Project 1) Reusable components and UI elements Clean, organized layers and styles Developer-ready handoff with notes and exportable assets Requirements Strong portfolio of clean, modern UI/UX work Experience designing consumer-facing websites Comfortable designing listing-style or marketplace layouts (preferred) Strong skills in Figma and design systems Ability to work quickly and communicate clearly Ability to keep designs simple and uncluttered Responsiveness and reliability Project Duration Project 1: Approximately 20–35 hours of work (2–4 weeks depending on schedule) Project 2 (optional): Approximately 30–50 hours
