Ensure the creation of visually appealing, modern, and highly usable interfaces. *Rigorously apply usability and user-centered design principles.

Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and development teams to ensure a unified vision.

Maintain and evolve component libraries and style guides, primarily in Figma.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in UI design, with a portfolio demonstrating the creation of interfaces for business applications.

Expert-level mastery of modern design tools, especially Figma (or Sketch, Axure, etc.).

Strong expertise in usability, user-centered design principles, and visual design.

Bilingualism (French and English) is required, both spoken and written.

Summary
We are looking for a bilingual UI Designer for a 3 to 6-month hybrid contract (2 days/week in Montreal) with permanent potential. The role is focused on the visual design of a new enterprise product. Mastery of Figma and 5+ years of experience with business applications are essential.
