Guide Me Away is a luxury travel agency based in Vancouver, BC, specializing in curated, high-touch travel experiences including honeymoons, family getaways, LGBTQ+ escapes, luxury cruises, and destination weddings. We already have a professionally designed WordPress site built with Elementor, launched in 2024. We are not looking for a full redesign, but we are now ready to optimize the site to perform better — specifically to generate more qualified leads. Our target audience is discerning, often high-net-worth travelers looking for a personalized experience, so the visual and UX tone must remain elegant, clean, and trustworthy. 🎯 Project Goal To optimize the existing website and create high-converting assets that increase qualified leads through: Improved homepage structure & content hierarchy Creation of one or more targeted landing pages Multi-step lead capture form with conditional logic (Optional) Email automation & lead magnet integration ________________________________________ 🧩 Project Scope: 1. Homepage Optimization Refine hero section (image/video, headline, subheadline, CTA) Reorganize sections to increase trust & conversions Add testimonials, sample itineraries, clearer CTAs Improve layout for mobile responsiveness 2. Landing Page Creation (1–2) We want niche-focused landing pages targeting specific audiences, e.g.: Luxury Honeymoons LGBTQ+ Group Travel All-Inclusive Family Trips Each landing page should include: A hero image + focused headline Short intro paragraph + trust-building copy Sample itinerary or package Testimonials Embedded form or lead magnet Clear CTA (e.g. “Start Planning My Honeymoon”) SEO-friendly structure & responsiveness 3. Multi-Step Lead Capture Form Customized for different travel types (honeymoons, families, groups, etc.) Use conditional logic to ask relevant questions Connected to our CRM/email marketing platform (MailerLite) Embedded on the homepage, landing pages, and possibly pop-up 4.
