We are seeking a versatile Transformation Coach to join our Coaching Platform and help clients achieve personal and professional growth across multiple domains — including business, life, relationships, wealth, and health. What We’re Looking For A holistic coaching approach that blends mindset, strategy, and practical tools. Proven ability to facilitate transformation and provide actionable insights tailored to individual needs. Strong communication and presence in both group and one-to-one settings. Passion for making a difference and empowering people to unlock their potential. How You’ll Contribute Weekly Group Coaching (Lead Generation for you): Facilitate one exclusive group coaching session per week for our community. These sessions serve both as paid facilitation and as lead generation opportunities for your personal coaching practice. 1-to-1 Coaching: Provide private coaching for clients through our platform, with the ability to cross over clients into your own business (with certain caveats). Compensation To be considered, please clearly state: Your hourly rate for facilitating our group coaching sessions (1x per week). Your hourly rate for 1-to-1 coaching sessions on our platform. 👉 Note: Our referral fee is lower for clients who come to you through group coaching — creating a win-win for both visibility and revenue. Include your proposed hourly group coaching rate and 1-to-1 coaching rate. Priority given to those with existing coaching business, and clear position in the market with products, methods, courses, books, channels etc. but all are welcome to apply.
