Description: We are a logistics company looking to hire a recruiter or talent sourcer to help us find a highly experienced Freight Broker who already has an active book of business. Your role will include: Sourcing and identifying qualified Freight Brokers Verifying that they have an active book of business (clients/shippers) Conducting initial screening/interviews Coordinating with us to move qualified candidates to final interviews Assisting until a successful hire is made Ideal Candidate Profile to Source: 2+ years of experience as a Freight Broker Currently working in or recently left a brokerage role Has existing client relationships and freight to move Based in the India This is a one-time project to fill a single role, with potential for ongoing work if successful.
