Busy Title Insurance Agency in Northeast Philadelphia/ Bucks County seeking an experienced Title Insurance Examiner/ Commitment Producer/Deed Package Prep/Closer

Duties include:

- Examining the search for any title defects and letting the listing agents know what needs to be cleared

- Ordering any LOIs, Death Certs, Inheritance Tax receipts and other documents to clear title

- Generating the title commitment, CPL (if applicable), and sending to all parties in the transaction

- Making changes to any sale price, loan amount, etc. as needed through the process

- Generating Deed Packages for sellers that do not want to attend the closing

- Ordering all tax, municipal, water, sewer, gas certs.

- Ordering all lien/judgement payoffs

- Completing CD/Alta/HUDs accurately and quickly

- Ability to perform any part of the production and closing process will be strongly prioritized

Experience using Qualia a plus
