We’re a remote team trying to get better at time tracking, accountability, and invoice clarity. Most work goes through Asana, but not all of it — and that’s part of the issue. We need someone who’s done this before: helped teams connect platforms like Asana, Upwork, Trackabi, and maybe others — to make sure every hour tracked can be traced to a real, known task. Ideally, you’ve already cleaned up systems like this for other clients and know where problems usually hide. You won’t be building dashboards from scratch. We already have one. But we need advice. Structure. Better rules. What’s the simplest way to ensure that if someone logs time, we instantly know why — without having to ping them on Telegram and wait two days for a vague answer? We’re open to leeway — not everything needs to be ticketed. But we want a system where 80–90% of hours are clearly tied to approved work.
