Who you are:

Reporting directly to the Ticketing Manager, the Ticketing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring we are delivering a positive shareable experience in addition to ensuring our ticketing business is operating at a profitable and professional level.


The fine print:

  • Build and manage events in collaboration with venues and the AdmitONE team.
  • Handle guestlists, comps, VIP, and special ticket requests.
  • Monitor and support presales, onsales, and ticket inventory.
  • Ensure event accuracy through quality control checks.
  • Track daily ticket counts and sales across platforms.
  • Manage inventory holds, releases, and pricing updates (VIP, dynamic, Platinum).
  • Provide Box Office support, reporting, and settlement materials.
  • Process manual payments and assist with tech/process improvements.
  • Support the Ticketing Manager and mentor new team members.
  • Maintain strong client communication and relationships.
  • Other duties as needed.

Terms & Expectations:

Due to the nature of the work, correspondence may be required on evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
