LeanScaper is building one of the fastest-growing content engines in the green-industry business space, and we’re looking for a Thumbnail Designer who knows how to create visuals people can’t help but click. We produce a high volume of YouTube videos, reels, podcast clips, Q&A content, and Instagram visuals every week — and we need a designer who can combine bold creativity with CTR-optimized performance. This role involves both working within existing templates and helping us craft new thumbnail systems.
